What we collect

• Booking details: name, e-mail, phone/WhatsApp number, number of participants, hotel name and pickup location.
• Payment: you pay on the bank's 3D Secure page. We never store your card number; we keep only the bank's approval code and the masked card number.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and transaction times, for security and fraud prevention.

Why we use it

To create your booking and pass it to the agency running the tour, send your ticket and pickup time, process payments and refunds, meet legal obligations and support you.

Who we share it with

The agency running your tour, the payment institution (Garanti BBVA), the WhatsApp messaging service and our hosting provider — only as far as needed. Authorities where the law requires.

Cookies

• Essential cookies: cart (f2t_cart), language (f2t_lang), currency (currency) and session cookies.
• Browser storage: your wishlist stays in your own browser.
• Maps: maps use OpenStreetMap tiles; your IP address reaches OpenStreetMap's servers when a map loads.

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
