Main features of the service

The name, date, start time, duration, number of participants, meeting point or pickup, inclusions and exclusions, and the operating agency are shown on the checkout page.

Total price and payment

The total price including taxes and its currency are shown on the checkout page. Payment is taken once by card with 3D Secure. Entrance fees and personal expenses marked as "not included" on the tour page are paid by the Customer.

Right of withdrawal

Leisure services provided on a specific date are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Cancellations and refunds follow the tour's policy and the Cancellation and refund policy.
