Creating and performing your booking, sending your ticket and pickup time, payments and refunds, customer support, legal obligations and fraud prevention.

Legal grounds

KVKK Art. 5/2 (c) performance of a contract, (ç) legal obligation and (f) legitimate interest.

Transfers

To the agency running the tour, Garanti BBVA for payment, the WhatsApp Business provider for messages, our hosting provider and, on request, public authorities. Transfers abroad follow KVKK Art. 9.
